FAQ 🤷‍♀️

  • truly, any. while the majority of my career has been in healthcare, i’ve supported businesses in fitness, food & beverage, insurance and recruitment space.

and i’ve worked with major Fortune 50 companies to startups, and everything in between.

  • since the marketing engine never turns off, most of my work is retainer-based… however, if you just need me to help with a big event coming up, i can help you as a one-off.

  • i’m your girl! book a meeting with me and email me over what you need support with.

WORKING TOGETHER

  • $150 - 1-hour strategy call

    $1.5K - friction point analysis

$4K-$10K / month - fractional support (depending on the scope of work)

  • I get it. most people view marketing as a cost center. i’ve helped businesses…

    - save $40K coming up with advertising campaign ideas vs. working with an agency

    - save $20K / month transitioning to a more niche PR firm

    - hold off on investing in expensive social media management platforms or reputation programs that aren’t necessary yet to get the job done

  • i hate to say it varies.

    - if you’re needing a flyer, a few hours, depending on how many revisions you have.

    - if you’re needing to develop all of your collateral from scratch, a few weeks.

    - if your online sales are down and we can’t pinpoint why based on historical data, that’s not something we’re going to fix overnight. we can run promotions to course correct in the short-term, but anyone that tells you something concrete like “two months” is lying to you.

what i will assure you though is my presence will be felt immediately, and i have the references to back that up on how much i’ve made their lives easier by immediately jumping into things.

  • 9/10, yes. i’ve been doing this for over a decade, so i know what clicks. i will exhaust all efforts and we can be clever with timing or what angle we take to make sure it doesn’t end up in a reporter’s trash folder.

however, that comes with the understanding that you’re not going to be front page of the WSJ or NYT for just any story. and if there’s a major national news that’s taken the internet by storm, i’m going to advise you hold off until things slow down. or it may be we need to explore “pay-to-play” opportunities.

  • i can’t make promises. the posts we’ve thought would pop off and we’ve put so much time into have flopped.

and then others where we did something funny to play off a trend and put barely any thought into went on to see 500K+ views.

in my over a decade experience doing social, i’ve never seen a salesy message go viral. what i have seen go viral moreso than brand’s posts are people talking about your brand that are more apt to go viral.

if you’re wanting to guarantee a ton of eyeballs, i recommend boosting a post or running paid ads.

i will say, going viral shouldn’t be your main focus. most of the people that see your content then aren’t in your target audience.

INVESTMENT & RESULTS

  • i recommend we schedule, at minimum, a biweekly status call. i know you’re busy, so i try my hardest to consolidate outreach and knock out as much as i can without bogging you down with questions.

i also recommend that you review/sign off on all materials and communications i put out (to the extent that you want to be involved) and that could take roughly 15-30 minutes of your time.

  • if you just want ideas, i’m chock-full of them.

  • rest assured i can be trusted with confidential information and will keep it under embargo if/when you’re ready to share.

also, i am happy to sign an NDA. and i will redact any proprietary information about your organization if using it for my portfolio.

  • i recommend we stand up recurring standing calls. i’m a “pick up the phone and call” kind of girl, but i recognize you have other areas of your business you’re juggling, so i will also request time on your calendar in advance. additionally, i do most communication via email just to ensure we all have it in writing so no one forgets or there aren’t miscommunications.

i have clients who will give me a Google Suite or Microsoft Office license, and i will work directly within your instance.

  • remotely. however, i love the opportunity to meet face-to-face and am more than happy to attend in-person meetings.

  • i use a resource called Toggl to track time for my clients who request it. i categorize my time by organization and also type of work (e.g. social media, PR, etc.), so i am able to run reports for you if you’re curious.

however, i’ve been doing this for so long now that i have a rough ballpark on how much time deliverables or a project may take.

  • based on client preference, i will use AI to do things like proofread, analyze trends, etc. however, based on regulations and community guidelines for social media and other marketing channels, i will not use AI for stock photography or images.

i prefer to make all social media graphics in Canva or Kittl, just so it’s easier to share link previews with you or edit on the fly from my phone.

when it comes to larger documents or editing files, i use Adobe Creative Suite.

for presentations, i build them in Keynote but can convert them to PowerPoint files for you.

for video editing or podcast editing, i use Adobe Premiere. but for social media videos, i’ll make them directly within Instagram or Facebook itself, or leverage CapCut.

i will only use your own original artwork, or commercial-use stock photography or audio tracks.
